These are a variety of different job descriptions. Note the specific KSA’s that candidates are expected to be able to demonstrate. Most include a self-assessment worksheet to help you start to strengthen your own supervisory or management skills.
The idea is for you to be able to eventually demonstrate to the panel/raters that you’ve essentially mastered or at least are proficient in each area. For example, in having to train, run a meeting, counsel a subordinate or give a presentation, you’d be able to demonstrate your own transferable skills in those areas.
