Assessment Center Workshop Sept. 14-15, Sat./Sun. LAX Hyatt

The most common statement we hear from students is “I wish I had heard about this class 6 months ago!”

Accepting registrations now for the upcoming class at Hyatt Place, at LAX. Class starts at 0830 both days. Class materials/handouts are included. Class includes common components of an assessment center; Role Play, Subordinate Counseling, Presentations, In-Basket, Meeting Management (Community meetings, briefings/staff meetings) including “Leaderless Group” dynamics. Course also includes “Mock Panel Interviews.”

This is not a lecture course  but an interactive workshop, with feedback on the student’s performance. A KSA “worksheet” is sent to participants prior to the course as a “pre-class” assignment.
